  28. When I formatted my hard-drive, I removed MSVC aswell, and got the same
  29. message.  Basically MSVC adds some drivers to 'System.ini'.  When you removed
  30. MSVC, these could not be found.  Simply edit your System.Ini file, find the
  31. lines Device = C:\MSVC\BEN\<whatever> and remove them.
